Idyllically situated between Lakes Skaha and Vaseaux and hemmed-in by the steep and rocky granite cliffs, Okanagan Falls represents the transition between cooler-climate vineyards to the North, and the hotter vineyards in Oliver/Osoyoos. The Valley narrows at McIntyre Bluff, offering some of the most iconic BC Wine Country vistas ever photographed.

A wide range of vineyard elevations and aspects allow the wineries of Okanagan Falls to produce potentially the most diverse array of wines in the Valley—delicious, ‘méthode classique’ sparkling wines; fresh, aromatic whites; Burgundian-style Chardonnay and Pinot Noir; and full-bodied reds are all yours to sample.

Our delicious picnic lunch consisting of fresh local produce, locally-cured charcuterie, BC artisan cheese, bread, crackers and spreads is included in the cost of the tour.

Some of our favourite stops on this tour include Meyer Family Vineyards, Blue Mountain Vineyard and Cellars, and Stag’s Hollow Winery . We also typically like to stop at Painted Rock Estate Winery on the Skaha Bench during this tour. Guests on this tour will be treated to estate and reserve wines, intimate, seated tastings, along with barrel tastings or vineyard walks at some wineries!

This tour departs from Kelowna, with pick-ups available in Kelowna, West Kelowna, Summerland, and Penticton. Some restrictions apply.

As of October 15, 2017: Due to seasonal tasting room closures at many wineries in this region, this tour will once again be available in Spring 2018.
