Our Kelowna tour is one of the best ways to experience Okanagan wine country: an exclusive private tour, tastings of amazing local wines, and a delicious picnic lunch, all wrapped up in a 5-hour tour that visits 5 of our favourite wineries…all within the Greater Kelowna area!
Kelowna is truly the birthplace of winemaking in BC—the first vineyards in the Province were planted here by Father Charles Pandosy in 1859. This region is known primarily for cool-climate varietals such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling, although some wineries are producing red blends made with fruit sourced from vineyards further to the south. Stunning views of the city, surrounding mountains, gorgeous vineyards and orchards, and our beautiful lake all set a dramatic backdrop for this tour.
As with all of our tours, a picnic lunch consisting of fresh local produce, locally-cured charcuterie, artisan cheese, bread, crackers and spreads is included in the cost of the tour.
